PRIVACY NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter "The Law") and its Regulations, this Privacy Notice is issued under the following terms:

I. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY

TERRAM MARKETING GROUP, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (hereinafter the "Responsible Party" or "LAGUNAS BACALAR"), a company legally incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, with registered address at Circuito Copan, Manzana 1, Lote 46, Supermanzana 19, Cancun Quintana Roo, 77505, is responsible for the processing, use, storage, protection and, where applicable, transfer of personal data collected through the website www.lagunasbacalar.mx, its subdomains, digital forms, associated electronic means and other digital platforms linked to its commercial operations.

Any matter related to the processing of personal data may be directed to the Personal Data Protection department at: avisos@lagunasbacalar.mx, or at the address indicated above.

For purposes of this Privacy Notice, the "Responsible Party" will act in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and other applicable regulations in the United Mexican States, based on the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and accountability as set forth in said Law.

II. PERSONAL DATA TO BE COLLECTED AND PROCESSED

For the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, your data will be collected from the following sources:

• Data will be provided directly by you in person, by phone, by email, or through our website. The personal data we collect includes the following:

• Identification and Contact Data: Full name, age, sex, address, marital status, phone numbers, place and date of birth, occupation, employer, nationality, social security number, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) or its equivalent for foreign nationals, email address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) or its equivalent for foreign nationals, handwritten signature, official identification, immigration documents, academic data, names of family members, and any other document deemed essential to identify you.
• Identification and Contact Data of Third Parties: Name, phone number, email address, relationship to you, and any other data necessary to identify persons designated as emergency contacts.
• Financial and Patrimonial Data: Data necessary to satisfactorily fulfill the services provided, such as: branch name and banking institution, bank account number(s), and credit card details.

LAGUNAS BACALAR does not process or request data that "The Law" considers sensitive, as such data is not necessary for the purpose of the services and products offered.

III. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

III.1 Primary Purposes

The personal data collected will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the existing or potential legal relationship with the data subject:

• Attending and following up on information requests.
• Providing commercial and financial advice.
• Sending quotes, economic proposals, or service information.
• Contacting the data subject via electronic, telephone, or digital means.
• Compiling pre-contractual files in case of a formal expression of interest.
• Drafting contractual instruments when applicable.

These purposes are essential for the provision of informational and commercial services offered through the website.

III.2 Secondary Purposes

Additionally, personal data may be used for:

• Sending promotional or advertising information.
• Invitations to events or presentations.
• Internal statistical analysis.

IV. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed by parties other than LAGUNAS BACALAR. Recipients of such transfers (national or international) belong to the following categories:

• Parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates of LAGUNAS BACALAR for centralized data storage, registration management, and for conducting client statistics in order to evaluate, improve, and design new products or services.
• Competent authorities when there is a duly substantiated and justified legal requirement.
• Third parties when derived from requests and contracts entered into between the responsible party and you, such obligation must be fulfilled.

The Responsible Party may hire third-party service providers acting as data processors, such as:

• Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Hosting and cloud storage services.
• Digital advertising platforms.
• Electronic messaging and automation services.
• Accounting or legal firms.

Said processors will handle personal data in accordance with the Responsible Party's instructions and under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

V. CONSENT FOR DATA TRANSFER

The transfers of personal data referred to in the previous section do not require your consent, in accordance with Article 37 of The Law. You may contact LAGUNAS BACALAR through our Personal Data Department at any time to express your wish to withdraw consent for the future transfer of your personal data.

VI. USE OF COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

We inform you that we do not collect personal data through the use of Cookies, Web Beacons, or other technologies to obtain personal information from you, such as:

• Your browser type and operating system.
• The websites you visit.
• The links you follow.
• Your IP address.
• The site you visited before entering ours.

VII. ARCO RIGHTS (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition)

As the owner of the personal data collected, you have the right to request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition regarding any data you have provided. For clarity, we provide the following definitions:

• Access: Your right to access your data and know which of it is being used in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected.
• Rectification: Your right to request the correction of your data if it is inaccurate.
• Cancellation: Your right to request that your data be deleted from LAGUNAS BACALAR's database if you believe it is not being processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice or The Law. The request may apply to all or only some of your data.
• Opposition: Your right to oppose the processing of your personal data or to demand the cessation of its use. Exercising any of these rights does not limit or exclude the possibility of exercising any of the others.

ARCO rights requests may be submitted digitally by email to avisos@lagunasbacalar.mx. All requests must include the following information:

• Your name, address, and the means through which we can communicate our response.
• Documents proving your identity or that of your legal representative (official IDs, power of attorney).
• A detailed description of the personal data you wish to subject to any of the aforementioned rights.
• If applicable, additional elements to facilitate the location of your personal data.
• In case of a rectification request, the modifications to be made and supporting documentation.

Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date of your request, LAGUNAS BACALAR will send a response, and if approved, the resolution will be implemented within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days.

VIII. MECHANISMS FOR REVOKING CONSENT

You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data, without retroactive effect, in all cases where such revocation does not prevent the fulfillment of obligations derived from an existing legal relationship with LAGUNAS BACALAR. The procedure for revocation will follow the same process as section VII (ARCO rights).

IX. OPTIONS TO LIMIT USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by directing the corresponding request to our Personal Data Department. The requirements and procedure will be the same as those indicated for the exercise of ARCO rights in section VII.

X. IMPLEMENTED SECURITY MEASURES

To protect your personal data, we have implemented administrative, physical, and technical security measures to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.

When we share your information with third-party service providers, we require and verify that they have the necessary security measures to protect your personal data, prohibiting its use for purposes other than those contracted.

XI. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time. Changes will be available at www.lagunasbacalar.mx

XII. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS
